One report mentioned a body...

I saw that smoke all the way from the lincoln tunnel this morning. The fire must have spread to alot of other boats,cause the sky was filled with black smoke for miles,alot worse than are in the pictures.

They report it was contained to three boats. And minor injuries to firefighters but no bodies mentioned.

Hmmmmmm. Gives me an idea for my boat...... (kidding).

Something tells me the insurance is paid up on the vessel.

Speaking of insurance policies, just learned last week that some consider end of season on October 31st. Meaning your boat is out of season and not covered as of November 1st. (Important for us guys chasing bass into December).

Discussion came up after seeing at 32+ foot Larson all banged up at Key Harbor Marina. Evidently the captain hit an intercoastal marker (cement) just past the seaside bridge around 7:00 PM at night.

Damaged estimated at around 80,000.00 and accident happened on November 1st.....no coverage....ughhhhh.
