There are still some nice size keeper bass finding their way to the local scales. These fish are being taken mostly on cut bunker and clams out front on our ocean beaches. The bay is still producing some slammer blues if you know where to seek them out. Case in point, one of our regular boat renters from Philly yesterday rented one of our skiffs for 4 hours and returned with several nice slammer blues! These fish were taken on cut mullet fished right on the bottom. Although he was tight lipped about his honey hole, it was still within our boat rental range!
