Description
Decided to upgrade the Shamrock with a bow pulpit and long overdue windlass installation as this winters boat project. The project is compleat just have to mark the anchor rode and run it thru the windlass.

Looks good Rick, same as I have. I know you will be happy with it. How was the wiring?
Did you mount the toggle switch like they said? I did, but then I changed it real quick.

Looks good, doing mine as well, already have the windlass but needed to replace the coring and repair some dings and cracks in the pulpit. Once it is done I will post some pics of the whole process.

Pete, I made the pulpit out of wood and then had it fiber-glassed over.

Joek, for me the wiring was easy, fitting into some of the areas not so easy...Went with the contactor (solenoid) model so I can add remote switch later if needed, also the contactor accepts the #4 wire a lot easier than the toggle switch and then all you need is #14 wire to the rocker switch mounted on the helm.
