Buddy was fishing Sunday in the Northern Chesapeake Bay area around Aberdeen MD. His words on the action there: "It was a great day…We caught 10 Rockfish (AKA Stripers), 1 10lb carp, 1 Yellow perch. We saw dozens spawning on the surface and there were hundreds (Maybe thousands) more on the fish finder (we were out for 9 hours). We were ¼ mile off Aberdeen Proving Ground most of the time. It was National Geographic day…They were spawning and the water was covered in fish eggs for miles. It was amazing to see a 40-50 lb Female being “addressed” by the males (Who were anywhere from 10-30 lbs, themselves)."
